  • To preserve the Agave Salmiana species for Mezcal, we plant 2 plants for each one harvested.
  • We use vinasse and bagasse to form compost that we then use in our fields, promoting a value chain that helps care for our environment.
  • We optimize energy consumption in our facilities, significantly reducing energy consumption and emissions into the atmosphere.
  • Our bottles are designed to be reusable.
